PPR Pool Purchase Process
Step 1: Indication of Interest: Buyer submits a “Pool Purchase Request” indicating:
- Notes in which buyer is interested
- Other requirements for the tradeStep 2: PPR discusses trade with Buyer, and when all parties agree on terms, pool request is placed in queue
Step 3: PPR builds and presents Buyer a Note Pool, customized to the Buyer's specifications
Step 4: Buyer reviews the Pool and agrees to purchase
Step 5: Funds wired to PPR
Step 6: PPR sends file collateral to Buyer
